I haver to say I am more than impressed with the service from Palmers, what a difference from the Shirley uniform shop. My daughters school shoes had come apart for some reason but months after the purchse, they exchanged them for me. The staff are always polite and very helful. Highly recommend.

Kid grew overnight 🙄 needed new shorts ASAP. Went there just before school. This shop supposed to open at 9. Stood there till 915 and no one opened the shop. Terrible. Ended up buying in Sainsbury’s 5 min away. Cheaper and opened on time .
