If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with the labels and packaging intact. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.
- The goods need to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- If the items are faulty, we will refund the total amount including postage and packing, or offer an alternative, including postage and packaging.
- If the item was embroidered with personal initials then please note refunds cannot be offered. If you are unsure of the size required then please visit our store for guidance.
- We suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
